01/04/2025: New year new site! I have been crazy busy navigating the wonderful world of post-doctorate life! Between teaching, performing, and all the wonderful things that we as young professionals do, this site has fallen by the wayside. But no more! I will be doing my best to be regularly updating the site, maybe it'll be a new Tuba Talk, maybe some recordings, who knows but if you have any ideas of great Tuba Talks or topics to look into let me know. As side in the note just before this, knowledge shared is knowledge gained! Stay Tuned!
11/28/22: WE NEED CONTENT and since there is no sense in reinventing the wheel, we are turning to you, the original wheel inventors. We would love to put you online.
The Learning Project needs articles! Masters Thesis, Doctoral Thesis, published articles, other scholarly works; anything that is of interest about tuba and learning music. Countless authors have spent hundreds of hours researching and writing articles that remain hidden to the average tubist. Our goal is simply to make the work of intelligent tuba players and teachers that have gone before us more readily available to the tuba world.
The Composer Project needs music! If you are a composer who is self publishing, let us share your music and get your name out there. If you are an amateur arranger, share your music and give others the opportunity to play your tunes. Just make sure that everything is copyright legal!

10/20/22: Welcome one and all to TubaTalk! This is a site that serves as a starting point for a variety of resources that I feel are useful to tuba and euphonium players of all ages. This is also the main component of my Doctoral Project for my degree from University of Missouri-Kansas City. Please explore the various tabs and keep in mind that there is more to come!
